UNICDA > Registration

Registration takes place three times a year, during the two-week period before the beginning of each term. New students register at the Admissions Office, and current and returning students register at the Vice-Rector’s office. Students who have the necessary index and who do not have financial obligations toward the University or the Library can take as many as 21 credits, as long as they pay the cost of the credits and other eventual charges. Changes can be made to the academic charge for the cycle until the second week of class – withdrawals, late registration, and additions.

To Enter UNICDA, you must fill out and sign the admissions form, and deposit it, together with the following papers, all of them originals:

  • Your birth certificate (legalized)
  • A copy of your Cédula (ID card)
  • A transcript from Secondary School
  • A certificate of baccalaureate
  • A medical certificate
  • Two recent photographs (2”x2”)
In the case of transferring students, a transcript of grades to be validated, legalized by SEESCYT
