It is at present being carried out with some twenty persons registered in it, most of them English teachers who work at different public and private educational centers. They are taking a series of subjects grouped around the following themes: The contemporary teaching of English, functions and techniques for giving advice in such programs, curriculum design, teaching methodology, and other aspects of the administration of TESOL programs.

EThe third group of the Special Course in Administration and the Culinary arts began on June 14th, adding on students in two other groups. Now, UNICDA has 65 people studying culinary arts and the administration of posts for serving food. The special course is taught by master chefs Petronio Martin Van Der Linde and Jethrie Escala, two world-famous professionals who are well known in their field.

The seventh cycle of the Special Course in Administration and Supervision ended with the end of June. Thirty persons received their certificates of attendance from Ms. Soraya Arbaje, the head of the Management Center of UNICDA.
